01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bingopuls website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bingopuls Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bingopuls Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bingopuls with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and bingopuls relating to the subject matter hereof.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the bingopuls Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming. bingopuls does not permit access to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to register accounts on bingopuls.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bingopuls or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bingopuls Platform or any other online gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

bingopuls reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bingopuls. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid and active email address;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingopuls account credentials, including your username and password. bingopuls will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must notify bingopuls immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. bingopuls support is available 24/7 via live chat on the Platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

bingopuls accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bingopuls's sole discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount on bingopuls is ₱100.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bingopuls does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bingopuls accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your bingopuls account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• bingopuls reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any deposit or withdrawal.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on bingopuls are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. bingopuls does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard operating hours.
• bingopuls reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bingopuls offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bingopuls reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Modification: bingopuls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bingopuls Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on bingopuls, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• bingopuls uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) and is not subject to RNG.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bingopuls reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• bingopuls's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or collusion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingopuls Platform:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping or match-fixing;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your bingopuls account;
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.

bingopuls reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

bingopuls reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bingopuls reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your bingopuls account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

bingopuls is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bingopuls players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the bingopuls Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, bingopuls encourages you to seek help. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides responsible gaming resources and support for Filipino players.

bingopuls staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players whose account activity suggests they may benefit from responsible gaming support.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingopuls Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of bingopuls or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingopuls Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of bingopuls intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingopuls and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events;
• Any decision made by bingopuls in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

bingopuls's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingopuls account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bingopuls's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

bingopuls collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bingopuls Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bingopuls implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and bingopuls cannot guarantee absolute security.

bingopuls will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bingopuls reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bingopuls will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bingopuls Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the bingopuls website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingopuls Platform, you agree to first contact bingopuls customer support to seek an informal resolution. bingopuls will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bingopuls from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
